Clicked something inadvertently and the movie in SW suddenly turned upside down. Nothing seems to correct it. Uninstalled it twice and downloaded the stable and the beta version and the fault is still present even AFTER previous prog was uninstalled! How can I correct my blunder?

If you are using ffdshow during playback (the Icon will appear in the Windows Toolbar) click on it and check the 'flip' setting.

I'm using Subtitle workshop. I can't understand why I uninstalled it registry and all and the same issue was still present after downloading a new prog. It's a mystery!

I had the same issue with an AVI file. I just used a different player for the video preview.

I used Divx Player as I was working with an avi...but i suspect other players like VLC would also fix the
upside down issue in video preview.

    In Subtitle Workshop:

    On Tool Bar Click Settings
    On menu tab click Settings
    Go to external preview
    Click on General
Browse your program directory for the .exe of the video player of your choice.
    Click OK
