I want to copy a foreign language film and keep all the subtitles all the extras etc using Shrink. How do I do this? I have looked at the forums but as soon as someone mentions Star Wars or Elvish my brain shuts down, and I hate reading off screens.
I want non-geek "...put your finger here and here and press this button...", advice.
    Thank you

Just make sure the boxes next to the English language subs are checked.

If you have not changed the Shrink setup since you installed it
Just hit the Full Disk button as dvdchick said.
It will check all the language and Subpicture language (subtitles) for you.

Shrink preferences can be seen here.

-If you do not have DTS on your play back equipment.
The only the I would do is uncheck the DTS if it available on the DVD in the Audio section.
No sense having both 5.1 and DTS. Dts takes up a lot of space.
