Extact the 'true mpegs' from the CDs, wity VCDGear (are they BIN/CUE? ,NRG images?), join them with TMPGenc (if the 2 parte have been clerly split, if they overlap a little, be careful doing cut + merge), put whe full mpeg-2 movie on a DVD as we taugh in out tutorials (http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/). Ah, keep them SVCD movies like in the tutorial 'put multiple SVCD mmovies on a DVD', avoid converting mpeg-2 SVCD --> mpeg-2 DVD because you wouldn't increase at all the movie's quality.
