l would maybe try an iron &put the disc under a towel that might work
failing that try the george foreman again as i have heard of a few rare cases in which that worked

    no fat collector required

just a thick kitchen towel will suffice

    i used the fat collector
& made a beautifull stock from the juices
which i then reduced with a little red wine & added a touch of demi glace
which i then napped(poured) over the finished dish

can anybody guess what my ocupation is?
