I would try Ritek Ridata first mainly because of the cost. It should work fine.

Hello jayprez,Does your computer recognize your i/o burner as a benq 1610?I think benq built it for them as do other brands. My lite-on Idvdd16dd,by pc and nero, says it is a benq 1610. This same burner is burning everything i slap in it. Mainly mcc, ricohjpn, and mxlrgo2.The best part,my stand alones play the backups perfect.I just got it a month ago and haven't tried out any ty's or riteks. This burner will even let my sony + 1-8x burn at 16x and verbatim +8x burn at 12x.Later
