Taking off XP and Installing Vista

    I have Vista and wanted to take off XP and start over erasing everything on the pc. Can somone give me the steps in reformatting and installing vista?

    try using google lol

    Boot up your pc with the windows vista disk in it will load some things after yo utell it to boot from cd once it has done this you will be given options:

    Except it will be for vista just say install a fresh copy and it will do it all just follow the options lol

    Or

    Just place the cd in and it will upgrade it automatically and it keeps your files and is alot easier :D

    If you bought the cheaper upgrade version , you must have xp installed on the coputer to use it. If you paid full price for a full vista disk, you can reformat and install it.
