I have just brought a new (rather cheap, £180) Goodmans 19" widescreen LCD TV. It seems to struggle displaying text, it appears a little vague whilst connected by VGA. It's better as some resoultions than others but never correct. Is it common for this sort of display or do I need to take it back to Comet.

This is deffinatley not common!! You shouldn't have a problem with any monitor beeing able to display text.

I'll take it back then because something is not right.

Sorry about the slow reply. No it's not the drivers as I now have a Samsung model and it's fine (although it does have one little display problem that i'm not going to worry about).
