Hi HAd THE BOX for a few months and I lose some sound on some of the channels including music and movie ones. Tried manual scan and auto scan but no success what do i do? ALso some of the channels that worked have stopped working i.e. Movie Channels SD1 and SD2 ... what can i do to rectify these faults? My System Detailsa are as follow: THE BOX API ver: 4.51e_E Boot Ver: 7.0 9.Jul.2007 Please help
Delete the channels that are not working and then do another autoscan, they will then reappear at the end of your channel list. Then go to the ones that had no sound and press the audio button on the remote select eng and that should be it. Regarding the movie channels they should be at the end of your list and may be named as TV***, (*** indicates a number).
