There's a deal at Modchipstore.com, and i just wanted some feedback before going through with the buy. I've been looking all day at tutorials, and readme's abt these harddrives and it seems the way to go. The link to the deal is here: http://www.modchipstore.com/PS2_HD_Advance_20__120GB_160GB_Seagate_Hard_Drive_7200_RPMs-p-16189.html

Now, is this the Seagate that allegedly doesn't comply with the Hd advance? Or is this a drive that's alrite to buy?

Second, I would like to know if i can put game saves onto this hard drive from the ps2 memory card.

And third, I have two drives on my computer right now, does this mean i can disconnect one and plug in the ps2 one in order to put .iso files i have on the computer?

Thanks in advance, i just want to be def. sure that i want this before i buy.

    1. Almost all seagates run perfectly with Hd Advanced. The ones to look out for are Western Digitals (due to their abnormal sizes).

    2. I have a seagate. Hd Advance works fine with mine.

    3. I am not cheap enough to not buy memory cards. I have not looked into putting saves on a hard drive yet.

    4. Unless you can support 3 hard drives in your computer. Yes, you will need to pull one out or attach the ps2 hdd externally.

    5. Unless you have a money tree in your backyard, do not over pay for such things.
