Not what I said, I said specifically if you own such a video card. Such things are a rarity and typically cost in excess of $800. If you own a card that pricey, you'll probably have a pricey case for the system. You do not need an expensive case for a gaming PC in general, partly since you don't need a very expensive graphics card for a gaming PC in general. I'm not entirely sure I see why rotating the drives improves the cooling much if I'm honest, as the drives are still secured the same way.
