The picture is stretched vertically. What the...?

    I ripped the whole disk and shrunk it with DVD2OneX.
    I got the subtitles but the picture got stretched vertically.
    Lookin' ppretty ugly. Oval circles, rectangular squares....
    ?

    May be one of the following.

    Screen format screwed up (widescreen, 4x3 etc?)_???

    Could be that your compression setting is screwed up:

    Try viewing the original rip with dvdplayer and see what it looks like.

    The original rip if fine. And, yes it's wide screen.
    When I rip just the movie and shrink it as main feature
    then it's looking good but no subtitles. So someone sujested that I rip the whole disk to preserve the subtitles. But when I did that it all got stretched.

    Are you using MTR or dvdbackup1.3? I'd suggest using a different ripper perhaps or reinstalling dvd2onex.

    Yes, I am using DVD2oneX. And it works fine for other films.

    I'd just rip it all again and start over. Something's messed up.
