the recover set up

    i have tried the recovey set up and i get nothing. i hold the right trigger down and turn it off. ( and no it is not in sleep mode) then i turn it back on, and it goes to the sony start up then to my menu. (and yes i am still holding down the right trigger) so what am i doing wrong........

    just turn it off dont hold anythin down.then when u trun it bk on just befor the sony logo comes on press the right trigger.ps what fw u on?

    do you have custom firmware? official firmware does NOT have a recovery menu.

    This is official firmware, you will need to downgrade the PSP to 1.50 and then upgrade to custom firmware. Use either Pandora's Battery or the GTA:LCS / Lumines method found on this forum
