I must have missed your reference to CloneCD (my favorite for full backups to DL media) in your listings......
Thanks Bilbo, CloneCD added.
NOW it's the Ultimate Backup Resource.
This is undoubtably the most concise and complete listings to date of useful programs and help sites for backing up one's DVDs/CDs that I have seen. Thanks for the "One Stop Shopping"......
As the saying goes, 'a one stop shop for all your needs'. Hopefully this will point most in the right direction.
Very concise indeed. Added to the 'READ SECOND (rules 1st) Ultimate sticky sticky' here -
Good call Creaky!
Sure, but young Loco takes the credit for the idea of the 'sticky stickies', just wish we'd done it sooner.
I thought it was already there creakster?
EDIT: It was, I removed the double entry...but thanks for the extra pimp try buddy.
No, but (whispers sheepishly) only because i had somehow missed this thread of yours until a few mins ago (insert embarrassed smiley here)
Foiled again...if wasn't for you pesky kids.
...and their pesky dog too.
loco excellent resource thread!!!
if you feel its worthy i suggest adding SUPER to the encoder list, it has superior quality and a simple to use interface, if your an advanced user however it allows you to tweak the profile to your exact liking
its epically great for portable devices..... and the best part is that its free
unfortunately its a bit behind on speed but honestly nothing to bad you'd have to worry about it!!!
I agree with everyone, very good work.
SUPER added although I think it is considered more of a conversion tool such as DVD Flick and ConvertXtoDVD. I've not used it to compress a DVD-9 to DVD-5 and don't know if it even has that capability.
correct because it doesn't have the feature to do so
very well put Arniebear.
long time no see.
LOCO. very nice job...im kinda suprised someone hasnt done this a long time ago. and a sticky of all stickies here.(not from your blow up doll)
gonna have to go through them all and make sure im not missing any...
Hello Loco, I just wanted to point out that Cinema Craft Encoder SP2 is available and it's Vista compatible.
