I bought 2 used movies from Blockbuster and want to back them up. I am using dvd shrink 2.3 to burn the disk to my harddrive. After its done burning I try to play it and there is no audio. Is this something to do with a copyright issue? I have burned other dvd's and they turned out fine. I am doing the same process that I always have. What could be the problem? If anybody can help me that would be great.Thanks.

    Hi schooley. :)

I'd suggest you try one of the latest DVD Shrink version.
Some re-assigning of audio/subpicture streams problems have been fixed since v2.3.

Also, how do you preview the backups from your hard-drive.
If you're reading the "shrunk" files one by one with
PowerDVD, that could explain your problem.

I had that happen to me one time with Black Hawk Down. Part of the movie had audio then it would quit at the same chapter everytime, I tried burning it anyway and it worked on the disk. If you have a dvd-rw, try burning it on that first and see if that works. I was trying to watch it with power dvd when it happened to me too. It's probably power dvd.
