This might be of topic, but I need help finding a touch screen for my xbox

I have an xbox and lcd screen in my truck. I want to get a new 7in tft lcd in-dash touch screen. I just don't know where I can buy one. I see them all over ebay, but I want to get it from a store, or a web sight store...much safer. I was going to get one of www.mp3playerstore.com, but they only have one touch screen, and its a mounted one.

Also if anyone knows the proper method of hooking up more than one battery to a car...that would great!

 

Someone, anyone...please help me out! Or tell me where I should post this to get more help. Or tell me of another website that would help...anything would be great.
