Those suckers banned dvdXcopy...why (?)

    This really sucks because if i go buy a used dvd from a rental store I cann't make a copy oops! I said COPY!I have three kids two under 2 and a 9 year old and they destroy cds and dvds. what do you guys think?

    There are many ways to backup a dvd much better than X copy software, the 2 most common programs are free. I don't know what you are worried about. About 50% of this forum's post are about DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter both which are free to download. Both work as well or better than X copy software. You can't beat the price.

    X Copy should've been banned before it ever came out. LOL.

    Teach your kids some disclipine and do not allow them access to your DVD's.

    Alternative, use some decent, free software (e.g., DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter for backups).

    jerry more or less answered your dilemna-but there are others just as good ..in the reviews of dvd copiers
    dvdFab and clone dvd came up just as good as xcopy for quality and ease of use
