I tried downloading tmpgne or tmpge to copy dvd to cd, but the download of tmpgne is a zip. Is there another format instead of zip like .exe? I don't know anything about zip. Any help please! Thank you.

    Hi livia7916
As far as what you want to do,there isnt alot to know.Just download either winzip or winrar(both have free versions)and install.Make up a folder,in your case something like TMPGEnc, put it on your desktop or wherever you can find it easily put your file in that folder, right click on the file and "choose extract here" and [bold]viola![/bold]
All of your needed files and dll's are in one directory and TMPGEnc encoder should work just fine.
    good luck and blaze on
