Hi, I got a really strange problem with TMPGEnc. I tried to re-encode a xvid movie with subtitles hard encoded, but TMPG reported an error, so I re-encoded the .avi-s with VirtualDub using DivX. Now the files will start to encode, bot no subtitles will be visible in the output preview. When I play the new avi-s I can see the subtitles. Any ideas why I don't see subtitles anymore?
