after completing a project using TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 and on playing the disc on my Umax Kazuki 7400X DVD Player or LG RH7500 DVD Recorder i find that any attempt to access the menu, that i created for the project, is unsuccessful when pressing the 'menu' button on the remote control. this also happens when played in other players or recorders. is this a problem with the software? any help would be appreciated, many thanks.
different "menu" buttons come on different remotes. there are three that i can think of: the real "menu" button, which brings you to the menu of whatever you are watching. the "title menu" or "disk menu" which brings you back to the main menu. and the "return" button which just brings you one layer back. i use 1.6 also, i forget which one it uses but check your remote and tray them all. the options should let you choose what will work and what wont.
