--TMPGEnc -- HELP!!!!!!!!!!

    I would like to know exactly how to split a AVI file, using this program...

    I tried going to Merge Tools, and but i get error message= "Illegal Mpeg1"

    Please help...

    All i want to do is cut a movie in half so it can fit on two CDR's...

    you need to encode with tmpgenc first then it will become an mpeg then cut it then burn it with nero.

    to encode i suggest using the wizard
