TMPGEnc takes like forever to convert Avi's to Mpeg2????

    Why does this take so long? It says it will take like 170 hours. Is this right or am I doing something wrong?

    170 hours, now thats way too long but I would really suggest you use the cinema craft encoder with dvd2svcd. It converts files to mpeg-2 in a very short time!
