hello, please help me im pretty sure that my dvd standalone plays vcd's 2.0, i make a compliant vcd in tmpgenc... this mpeg plays in my pc, but in my dvd it freezes, every 10 seconds + -. when i make a vcd with nero vision, it plays ok, but the quality sucks... i dont know what is the difference between the two vcd's, because both have the same bitrate (1150kbps), the same fps... all seems to be the same but.... please help me...
Make sure you aren't burning your VCD at speeds over 8x, 4x is even better. Also I hear nothing but bad news about using nero to compile your VCD.
