Step by step: (kinda..but not really)

    1. Intsall a chip
    2. Flash a new bios on the chip
    3. Burn an Evox boot CD
    4. Ftp to your xbox from your computer(use FlashFXP) to permanently install the Evox dashboard
    5. While in Evox, insert a Xbox game
    6. FTP the files from the Game to your computer.
    7. Use Craxtion to make an ISO of the game.
    8. Burn the image with Nero.
    9. Insert newly burnt CD-RW into your xbox.
    10. Enjoy!

(in your case since you only have a CD-RW drive, you will be able to backup games that are less than 800 MB...not too many games are that small)

Good luck trying to fit a entire game (on average 2-2.5 gb) on a CD-RW.
