I'll agree with juggalo in the first post with Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber in Die Hard. He also was good as the Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves. There's not many who could turn a rape scene into a comedy bit...My all time favorite bad guy actor would have to be Vincent Price however. He's classic. My hats also off to Hugo Weaving, the Agent guy in Matrix. To go from a drag queen in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert to a sneering jerk in Matrix isn't half bad. And of course Tom Seizemore always plays a pretty good bad guy(in real life as well it would seem).

You should watch The House on Haunted Hill. The irrational screaming secretary can wear on ones nerves after a while but Vincent makes it all worth while. "She's very amusing my wife." He also did a few Roger Corman films like The Fall of the House of Usher. Then there's House of Wax, Diary of a Madman and Tales of Terror. See a trend here? Really, the guy must've starred in about 50 or so movies.

Oh you're a sly one baabaa! Pinhead is one of my true heroes :)

Continuing the bad guy theme I was very taken with Robert Carlyle's character, Col. Ives/F.W. Colqhoun, in the wonderfully demented film "Ravenous".

juggalo, in responce to your comment about Sirus Black (lol, i probably spelled it wrong) he is Harry's Godfather, that is all i am gonna say...

Also, i don't really have a favorite bad guy in the movies, although the dude that played the Green Goblin did a good job.

Harry's godfather you say? I didn't read any Potter books or even saw the movies so I'm not sure if that's good news for Potter or not, but it seems so. Robert Carlyle is brilliant(except for that Bond movie). Francis Begbie is a number one psycho. I hope he will play Begbie again in Porno, if that movie is made.
