    and the music and game multi-task

    A variety of different things. Loading games, listening to music while playing then & homebrew, universal remote.. and more.

    i heard of one that can make you control your computer with your psp any suggestions on how to install

    Why does psp Radio freeze im using 3.71 m33-3
    do i put it in the GAME folder or GAME150...?

    It depends on which kernel your psp is set to. Check which one in recovery mode.
