After downloading a file (AVI) off the torrent network (using Azureus, if it makes any difference), Windows won't let me rename/move it because it claims that it is in use by another program. It is NOT being used by another program. My torrent client is not open, and this problem persists days later, even after several restarts. What is the problem??

Right click the file and select properties - then untick read only if its ticked.

also, go into your taskmanager and end anything to do with your torrent program, then try it again
