Well i Use Bitlord, but i have tried a few other programs, and i have tried to uninstall and reinstall the programs,
When i start to D/L a file i get great connection speed usually over 100 kb/s but after a few minutes my entire internet connection will stop (i use DSL) to the point where i have to reset my dsl modem and let it reconnect, this never happens unless i have a torrent program open and d/ling, is there anything i can do? any help would be great, Thanks

Couple of options. Reduce the amount of connected peersand limit your upload speed to 80% of your connection.

You also wouldn't happen to be using a D-Link router\modem???
