Hi, simply put we have a Toshiba sattelite laptop that took a lil tumble on the side where the DVD drive is and now its not working up to snuff. We'd like to open it up to take a look at it but can't seem to get all the way there any suggestions would help tremendously - Thanks in advance
What exactly is your problem? You can't get the drive open or it isn't being recognised by the laptop anymore? The above question will help determine the extent of the damage.
