    Hi,

I've just tried copying The Forgotten using DVD shrink 3.2, but it seems to keep freezing on a black screen just before the movie starts.

Anyway I managed to copy it using DVDdecrypter, but im a bit of a novice using this program and i am having trouble trying to find the file (from dvd decrypter) when i try to open it in DVD shrink, am i not back it up in the correct format in dvddecryter in order to open it on dvdshrink?

Any assistance would be appreciated on how i should back it up using DVD decrypter then compressing with dvdshrink.

Also can anyone advise if there is a function on dvd decrypter that is similar to the re-author function on dvdshrink.

DVDDecrypter makes a file on the C:Drive usually in the name of the movie. You should have DVDDecrypter setup in Mode> File.
Then under Tools> Settings> File Mode> On startup make sure "ALL" is in the box.

    Here is the setup:
    1. Insert Movie

    2. When Windows asks if you want to play movie hit cancel

    3. Open DVDDecrypter

    4. At top is MODE- make sure FILE has a check mark by it

    5. At the bottom is a DVD > HD- Click this and the program will decrypt the movie

Now go to DVD Shrink and click Open files and now highlight the file that DVDD made and you are good to go
