Post the log of the burn.
    Start ImgBurn.
    Click 'Help' > 'ImgBurn Logs..'
    Open the log with Notepad.
Find the burn that had the problem, then copy the text and paste it in your post.

Why is it that 99% of all burn problems have the same solution? Why don't people just get good discs and have less problems?
There is a reason Digitalfaq lists UME Disc Media as "3rd Class Media / Cheap, Unreliable, or Complete Junk Discs".

    http://www.digitalfaq.com/reviews/dvd-media.htm

Just get Verbatim discs (and not "Life Series" or "Value Series" ones) and you should have no problems burning.

The DL disks you are using are not those recommended by LightningUK!, the author of ImgBurn

    http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?/topic/8000-problems-burning-double-layer-discs/

The only ones they rely on are Verbatim brand with the MKM-001-00 or MKM-003-00 ID code.
The ID is listed under the 'Device' tab.

Post the log at the ImgBurn forum and ask for their opinion.

I accept your statement at face value - but it conflicts with the following taken from the ImgBurn site.

Please go to the ImgBurn Forum and post the reasons why this quote is is misleading and why support for the latest drives must be updated - please post a link to the new thread.
I'd like to see this resolved.
