Hello everyone! This is my first post here so I thought I'd use it to ask a question about a problem I've been having with a back-up of Final Fantasy XII. This version that I found online is French and thus in PAL format. I downloaded the ISO which went fine and then I patched the file using Pal2ntsc which also worked properly. Now I burned the patched ISO using DVDDecryptor and then when I went to play the game on my chipped PS2 I had this problem. I load the PS2 with the game inside and the game loads through the Playstation Logo screen that pops up when a game has been detected. Then I see the screen flash as if the game has been loaded but then it flashes once or twice again and then the screen just stays black. Nothing loads. I tried the disk several times and even re-burned the ISO but I still am having the problem. It can't be my PS2 because it's loading NTSC games fine. I'm wondering if maybe I shouldn't have patched the ISO in the first place? What do you guys think the problem might be? Any help or advice is much appreciated! Thanks everyone!
