    Hi amandasue
Shrink can't handle the newer copy protection - this one has Macrovisions Ripguard.

So rip 1st w/ DVDFab Decrypter then open those files in Shrink.
    link

Or use Ripit4Me which also uses Shrink.
    link.

All are free and handle the newer stuff.

When I go to install RipIt4Me, it asks to me show the path to DVD decrypter, do I have to install DVD decrypter too?

Yes - it's free too and RipIt4Me uses that to rip 1st.
The link to download is in the guide too.
