I'm trying to rip a cd with EAC v0.95 Beta 4. When I select the mp3 icon for ripping, it rips the files in wave format instead. I checked this site for some info as well as EAC's faqs and didn't come up with anything. Does EAC only rip in wave format, and if so, what does the mp3 button do?
I've used EAC in the past and was able to rip cd audio into mp3 without any trouble and I remember even being able to set the bitrates without any trouble at all, with an older version. There doesn't seem to be anything in the UI I can use to do that with this version. Any help would be appreciated.

At first I forgot that EAC uses the LAME external encoder so I had to go into "Compression Options" in the EAC pulldown.
