My cd burner is slowly dying on me..and the only way i can burn albums without getting an error is recordin the image and then buring the .nrg. this is a pain in the rear to have to do all the time. suggestions? is their a way i can stop nero from re-encoding the files before burning them? thanks in advance.

If I'm understanding you correctly you want to converet the MP3's before Nero burns, correct?

If so, you can use either Exact Audio Copy or CDex to convert the files to WAV before burning :)

Well they are already mp3s, but when nero burns cds i guess it re-encodes them? so i want to have it so it doesnt have to re-encode them. it will be a pain to have to convert to wav everytime i wanna burn a cd.
