My Philips TV has a ringing noise for about the past 2 months. The ringing is non stop, especially when there is alot of movement during a scene on the screen, watching cable tv, or playing the dvd player. The TV is connected with a component video cable to the dvd player. What could be causing this.
Sounds like it is audio interference, which is caused by static across audio/video cables. Also, make sure you don't have any magnets around your TV/DVD/Stereo system. If all else fails replace the cables.
