Uh, what's the root of an SD card?

    Yeah, a stupid question, but I'm confused. When I place SNESGX.dol on the root of my SD Card, what does that mean? Does that just mean that I place SNESGX.dol right onto the card and not in any sub-folders on the card?

    correct but if you are trying to use sdload to boot this you need to relize that it may not work
    because only certain versions of action replay can boot sdload

    Version 1.14 or higher right?

    Yeah, the root is the first thing you see when you first open the card.

    For example, the root of a hard drive on a PC running Windows is C:\
