You are not the only one that got scammed from Peter Finch/Jennie Tovey. I ordered a PS2 memory card last September and never received it.

By all means, continue legal procedures against the group; you'd be doing me a grateful favor.

Am curious if the guy got his Memory card or not

I agree things happen with some mod companies, and it usually can be settled and sometimes not. So if no one bought from PS2-Mod, they shouldn't be dragging their name into the conversation.

Who would take legal action for a memory card. Its not worth it, but more buyer beware when buying these items.

FMCB is a free software, and most of us only every charged people for the memory card and shipping. Its not worth any more than that unless you want to give more to someone. That was how I looked at it.
I don't know if there is still a list or not of people who do it this way.

So what has any of that got to do with me? I'm ps2-mod.co.uk.

Hswet93 you've dragged my name in the mud for no reason.

Can I please have an apology now?

I have to agree. I see no reason to have mentioned your name in this when the individual did not buy from you.

So as I've said many times previously Hswet93, what's this for to do with me???

My website is PS2-Mod.co.uk and I charge £17 for memory cards and always have done.

    I'm waiting for my apology

Well I do know that if people read this whole thread they will know it had nothing to do with you, cause it doesn't look like he is apologizing.
I have no issues with people reporting a scam, just with naming companies that aren't involved.
