Unable to access iTunes Store

    I've for some reason now unable to access iTunes Store. I keep getting error 11333 which says I need to check my network connection. I'm using the same computer and connection my son uses. It's a Windows XP OS and whenever he's in iTunes he can access it. However when he logs out and I log on as myself and open iTunes I get the error. What could be wrong?

    I've ever met this situation before, but it resolved when I re-install the itunes.
