unable to extract .001 extensions

as ive stated in the subject i am unable to open extensions .001 to whatever and i have tried the latest version of winrar and winzip both seem to be unable to extract the contents. is there any way i can extract the file contents?

 

What happens when you try to extract it? Or can you even get into the file?

 

i cant even right click and click on extract to or extract files. i can create an iso and save it but i cant extract the iso though

 

i figured it out!!!

i created the iso with winrar then extracted the files from the iso with craxtion4
