I have a laptop that is in a continous loop when trying to boot. I have been messin with it for 3 days now. I think my only hope is to try to transfer data from it to my pc. I been searching the best way to do this, but can't seem to find it. Any ideas? Thanx.

if can't get into windows to copy info onto disks or whatever than need to get an external 2.5" usb drive enclosure to accept your laptop hd so can be connected to your pc.
