    an someone please help me unlock my phone?

    MAKE/MODEL: Nokia 3220IR
    IMEI: 356659000816952
    COUNTRY: CANADA
    PROVIDER: ROGERS (pay as you go0

    I have 2 sims card, old one from previous phone and new one that came with the phone, which one do I use when unlocking. Tia

    I haven't registered the phone with rogers yet.
    must I register the phone with Rogers before unlocking or it has no effect.
