    Hi,

    I have a Nokia 6010 Type NPM-10, IMEI 010702001763787.

    USA (NorthEast), Network: Cingular (formerly AT&T Wireless, but I purchased after it was already Cingular, if that makes a difference).

    Worked like a charm--thanks! (I.e., I got the "Phone Restrictions Off" message though haven't tried it with another provider's SIM yet.)
