Unlock a 6101b - I have the format right now

Hi -In my previous post I included the slashes in the IMEI number - then reading on I saw that I was supposed to show the IMEI with no slashes or spaces - so here it is again:



Make/model phone: Nokia 6101b RM-77
IMEI #: 356642001094126
Country the phone is locked in: Canada
Provider the phone is locked to: Rogers

I entered the info.

I checked the numbers before pressing the final # and got:

Phone Restriction On

followed by Insert SIM card.

 

Found it!!

I had misinterpreted the last + as meaning:
"and enter a 7"

- not realizing it meant enter the + symbol by pressing ** twice the enter a 7.

I re-did it and phone restrictions are now OFF
