Trying to use a Cingular SIM It worked for like a second... but now won't catch a signal at all. My 'hood normally has a VERY strong signal. Bryan Thanks for your quick responses by the way, I'm very impressed!
Yes, the SIM is activated, its out of my wife's old phone. The Sony went Swimmin'! I was given the t-mobile Nokia bye a friend of my mom's, who said it was brand new and had never been used. the T-M sim card is in the box, (not activated, i'm sure). I'm wondering if this phone just has a bad antenna or something, because I have gotten it to work for a little while, made a call or two, and without moving, the cell can no longer get a signal.
