Why are people interested in unlocking there phones? I don't understand what it does anyone care to explain please?
If you had a $100.00 to $200.00 phone that only worked with T-Mobile and you really liked your phone but you wanted to use Cingular because they have free mobile 2 mobile. Guess what? Your phone is locked and it's not going to accept a Cingular sim card because it's locked, so we are here to get them unlocked to accept different sims. People travel also and need different prepaid sims for other places in the world and this couldn't be done if the phone was locked to only one provider.
