    Didn't work, I tried it with no SIM card in the phone, Should I try it with one?

    I saw
    "Code ERROR" I have never tried to unlock this phone before so its not hard locked

    try a different network sim, to check it's still locked

    Nope the phone is still locked. Just incase, to double check its locked to Digicel (network code - 37413). IMEI code and everything else is correct
