    6630 IS A BB5 MODEL THERE IS NO SOFTWARE OR CODES OR UNLOCKING UNITS THAT CAN UNLOCK IT, THE ONLY WAY IS TO CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER, BUT IT WILL COST.
