After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Code error", don't try again!!
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!

Thanks for the quick response I entered the code & received the response "the restriction cannot be lifted" Is there anything else I can try?

And try

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)

Try only once!

 

Thanks for your prompt reply. Did not receive "Phone Restricted" just got message SIM card rejected. Is there anything else to do.
