Unsupported Video Stream with DVD Santa

I hope someone can help shed some light on this issue. I burn avi movies to dvd format with dvd santa, and works ok for most of the movies. But recently been getting an error message when loading the file up into santa "Unsupported Video Stream" anyone know why this is, and how do i sort the problem out please

Can you tell us the file extension or type of file you are having problems with?

its coming up with that message when i load certain avi files that have been done with xvid. Maybe thinking i am missing a certain codec or one that works ok with santa.

Possibly corrupt AVI files?? maybe try Nero Vision Express to convert the files if you have Nero. If you don't have it, try the 30 day trial download.
