USB 2.0 cardbus PCMCIA 4 port

    ok i am having alot of problems with a brand new PCMCIA card i bought on ebay its a usbcard bus 2.0 4 port device i installed all the drivers even though it said i didnt have to and it was plug and play and it still didnt work i am getting this error in device manager
    "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"

    Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.
    on 3 "usb root hubs"

    I am using windows XP with the latest updates
    i also tried contacting the seller but he hasn't replayed yet it was sent from hong kong

    anyone want to throw out any more advice?

    You need the correct driver installation files.
    Use Everest home to find out what driver you need or use SIW.

    Once you find out the maker and model of the device go to the makers website and download the appropriate driver from them or google for the appropriate driver.

    ok i got the right driver ENE CB1410 cardbus controller but it still says under usb root hub
    "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

    Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device."

    I used both of your steps and they both helped alot thank you vary much i love this forum and its helping users its a real great place
